This service is an integrated application system based on web technology which primarily aims at submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24 x 7) basis for instant and easy communication between the nodal officers of the state of Jharkhand and citizens resulting in the speedy redressal of their grievances.
